Rebranding of Reading

Neil has been commissioned to photograph his home town of Reading as part of a campaign to promote Reading as a vibrant, cultural and energetic place to visit and stay, through the use of everyday people enjoying, thriving and achieving their dreams.  This is a tremendous project, working in conjunction with Reading UK CIC to promote the town.
